Our drive to seek out happiness is a muscle that we can exercise and develop. Almost anyone can learn to develop their reward sensitivity by   1   themselves to notice and experience their positive emotions.

To raise your reward sensitivity, begin by planning one activity per day that will make you happy or give you a sense of   2  .
